- use the GolfSaleCentral.com.au services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts or are under the age of 18.
- manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other users’ listings;
- circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to GolfSaleCentral.com.au;
- When you use GolfSaleCentral.com.au services as a seller you agree to make all financial transactions through PayPal. To enable payment of admin, site management fees and offer buyer and seller protection (on eligible transactions*) for users of this site, the administrator has chosen PayPal as the preferred payment method when selling an item. *‘Eligible transactions’ are as per PayPal policy: requirements such as: registered shipping for proof of delivery, accurate descriptions, no local pickups or personal payments, no digital goods, etc.
- You acknowledge that GolfSaleCentral.com.au is not an auctioneer. Instead, the site GolfSaleCentral.com.au is a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell, and buy golf equipment and goods, at any time, from anywhere, in a fixed price format. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.
- You acknowledge that you alone, and not GolfSaleCentral.com.au, are responsible for ensuring that your listing, buying and selling and any other activities conducted on our site are lawful. You must ensure that you comply with all applicable laws in Australia and other countries. You must also ensure that you strictly comply with this Agreement and the policies which form part of the Agreement.
- If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release GolfSaleCentral.com.au (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint venturers and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Transaction/financial disputes are to be directed to PayPal resolution centre.
Rules for sellers –
To assist all users to have the best experience using Golfsalecentral.com.au services, it is important that sellers abide by the following:
- Will provide a valid PayPal email/account as your registered email address.
- Accept payment of admin and site management fees (set at 8% of product sale price).
- Provide accurate descriptions of goods including defects and condition rating – New/like new, very good, good, average, poor
- Provide clear and current photos of goods
- Provide a fixed and reasonable handling and shipping cost
- Ship sold items within 4 business days of payment
- Sellers must check the ‘Messages’ tab in their dashboard to check for messages from potential customers.
You must not:
- fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms or you cannot authenticate the buyer’s identity;
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or offensive content (including personal information);
Rules for buyers –
To assist all users to have the best experience using Golfsalecentral.com.au services, it is important that buyers abide by the following:
- You must make genuine offer to buy
- Pay for items via a valid Paypal account or a credit card.
- When you enter into a transaction you create a legally binding contract with another user.
- Buyers must use the ‘Ask a Question’ tab to make contact with the seller and confirm all details – particularly shipping.
You must not:
- fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the seller has materially changed the item’s description after you pay, a clear typographical error is made or you cannot authenticate the seller’s identity.

- Provide accurate descriptions of goods including defects and condition rating – New/like new, very good, good, average, poor
- Provide clear and current photos of goods
- Provide a fixed and reasonable handling and shipping cost (if applicable)
- Ship sold items within 4 business days of payment (if applicable)
You must not:
